Up Next: Nipple Tassels

So I've been researching on how to make nipple tassels, and they are extremely easy! I've been getting a bit antsy which means I need to start on a project, but I'm not in the mood to start something as large as my design for a burlesque soldier costume. I'm gonna work my way up, starting with nipple tassels.
